Welcome aboard. By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service, or just poking around like a curious seagull, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We offer photography services, digital products, and possibly a few unsolicited life lessons. Details about bookings, sessions, and deliverables will be outlined clearly before you commit. Don’t ghost us.
2. Payment
To reserve your spot, we require a deposit. Balances are due as agreed. No payment, no magic. Prices are subject to change, but we honor what we quote.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. We get it. Please notify us ASAP if you need to reschedule. Deposits may be transferrable but are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We’re flexible — just don’t vanish.
4. Intellectual Property
All images, content, and website assets belong to us unless otherwise stated. Don’t steal our stuff. You’re welcome to share your photos, but don’t re-edit them or sell them without permission.
5. User Conduct
Don’t spam. Don’t hack. Don’t act like a pirate unless it’s funny.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do our absolute best — but we’re not responsible for weather, beachgoers in Speedos, or other acts of God. If something goes sideways, we’ll work with you to make it right.
7. Changes
These terms may evolve like a Florida storm. Check back if you’re unsure. If we change something important, we’ll let you know.
8. Photo Usage Rights (Add to Terms & Conditions)
By booking a session, you agree that Destin Family Portraits retains the copyright to all photographs. We may use select images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes — always with care and respect for your privacy.
If you’d prefer we not share your images publicly, just let us know in writing. We’re happy to accommodate.
Clients receive personal-use rights for sharing, printing, and displaying images. Commercial use (like publishing or resale) requires written permission and may involve licensing fees.
